Colleges have to convince students for the next year that a remote education is worth every bit as much as an in-person one, and then pivot back before students actually start believing it.
It’s like only being able to sell your competitor’s product for a year.
1/ Are enterprise SaaS or SMB SaaS companies faring better in the current crisis?
I think there‘s no general answer.
Enterprise SaaS:
👍🏼 No significant churn due to customers going out of business.
👎🏼 CFOs pushing for longer payment terms.
👎🏼 Longer sales cycles.
The technology world used to clearly segment businesses by consumer or enterprise.
But those lines have been blurring for quite some time.
The most interesting companies in the world fit neither bucket.
They are both.
