HubSpot created a dashboard that shares the # of deals closed from the CRMs of their 70,000+ customers, benchmarked against pre-COVID data. Tasteful marketing idea and a good signal to keep a pulse on buyer behavior in these uncertain times.
Every week it seems like we’re pondering another consequence of COVID-19. Will meat shortages change our diet? Is remote work here to stay? Will I drink two bottles of wine every night for the rest of my life? Ponder more effects in this thread (and let me know what else you predict?)
Quarantine is a good time to send a cold email. My theory: we’re all seeking personal connection right now, so there’s an increased likelihood you’ll get a reply. Need a template before hitting send?
This post suggests we’re in the final innings of the internet’s expansion period, resulting in an increased focus on operational efficiency. Yet a bunch of trends haven’t been adopted yet, like: VR, crypto , ecomm is still only 15% of US commerce. Makes me think we’re only in the 5th inning.
